The Business Tenancies (1996 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 1997

The Department of Finance and Personnel, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 1(2) of the Business Tenancies (Northern Ireland) Order 19961, paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Act 19742 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation1.

This Order may be cited as the Business Tenancies (1996 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 1997.

Appointed day2.

The Business Tenancies (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 shall come into operation on 1st April 1997.
