HEALTH AND PERSONAL SOCIAL SERVICES

Coming into operation
1st April 1998
The Department of Health and Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by paragraphs 23(1) of Schedule 3 to, the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1991(1) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, considering it appropriate in the interests of the health and personal social services to make this order, and after completion of the consultation prescribed by paragraph 23(3) of Schedule 3 to the said Order(2), hereby makes the following order:
1. This order may be cited as the North Down and Ards Community Health and Social Services Trust (Dissolution) Order (Northern Ireland) 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1998.
2. The North Down and Ards Community Health and Social Services Trust is hereby dissolved.
3. The North Down and Ards Community Health and Social Services Trust (Establishment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1993(3) is hereby revoked.

This Order provides for the dissolution of the North Down and Ards Community Health and Social Services Trust on 1st April 1998.
It revokes the North Down and Ards Community Health and Social Services Trust (Establishment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1993, as amended, from that date.
