The Department of Health and Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 70(3) of the Disability Discrimination Act 19951 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation1
This Order may be cited as the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (Commencement No. 5) Order (Northern Ireland) 1998.
Appointed day2
The day appointed for the coming into operation of sections 46, 47 and, in so far as it relates to section 46, section 48 of the Disability Discrimination Act 19952 is 13th May 1998.
