EMPLOYMENT

This Order bring into operation the provisions of the Employment Rights (Dispute Resolution) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998—the provisions specified in Schedule 1 to the Order are to come into operation on 8th August 1998;the provisions specified in Schedule 2 to the Order are to come into operation on 1st October 1998;the provisions specified in Schedule 3 to the Order are to come into operation on 1st January 1999.
