Wrongful use of badge.

Article 75(2) so far as it relates to—

1. (a)
   the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons (Northern Ireland) Act 19782; and
2. (b)
   the provisions of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 19813 and Article 4 of the Disabled Persons (Northern Ireland) Order 19824 relating to Article 174A of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 19815.
