These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Welfare to Work) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998 and shall come into operation on 5th October 1998.

The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 19546 shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to a Measure of the Assembly.
