Notice of intended slaughter
10. Where the Department proposes to cause sheep or goats to be slaughtered in accordance with paragraph 10C of Part I of Schedule 2 to the 1981 Order(1), it shall serve on the person in possession or in charge of the sheep or goat a notice of intended slaughter.
