The Department of Economic Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 1(2) and (3) of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992(1) and paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Act 1974(2) and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

S.I. 1992/231 (N.I. 1). Provision is made by Article 1(2) and (3) of that Order for the coming into operation of the provisions of S.I. 1992/232
