Amendment of regulation 3 of the principal Regulations
2. In regulation 3 of the principal Regulations (definition of non-dependant) for paragraph (3)(1) there shall be substituted the following paragraph–
“(3) Paragraphs (2)(d) and (e) shall not apply to any person who is treated as if he were not liable to make payments in respect of a dwelling under regulation 7(1)(2) (circumstances in which a person is to be treated as not liable to make payments in respect of a dwelling).”.
