1. This Order may be cited as the Industrial Pollution Control (1997 Order) (Commencement No. 1) Order (Northern Ireland) 1998.
2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the Industrial Pollution Control (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 which are specified in column 1 of the Schedule and which relate to the subject matter specified in column 2 thereof shall be 2nd March 1998.
