The Department of Health and Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 77(4), 106(3) and 108(16) of the Betting, Gaming, Lotteries and Amusements (Northern Ireland) Order 19851 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
