Prescribed licensed premises
2. The licensed premises within the meaning of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996(1) on which a gaming machine may be used for gaming are any part of premises of a kind mentioned in Article 5(1)(a) and (c) of that Order which is used exclusively or mainly for the sale and consumption of intoxicating liquor.
