Commercial Agents (Council Directive) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999

The Department of Economic Development, being a Department designated by the European Communities (Designation) Order 19891 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19722 in relation to measures relating to relations between commercial agents and their principals, in the exercise of the powers conferred on it by that section, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
