4. In regulation 51A of the Family Credit (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1987(1) (reduced benefit direction)—
(a)in paragraph (1)(a) “given by a child support officer” shall be omitted; and
(b)paragraph (2)(a) shall be omitted.
