13. In Regulation 11(3) of the Social Security (Persons from Abroad) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996(1) (saving) after “Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992” there shall be inserted “or a decision is made in relation to that entitlement under Article 10 or 11 of the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 1998”.
