These Regulations amend the Registration of Clubs (Accounts) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997 to relax the systems of control set out in Schedule 2—
a quarterly report on membership records is no longer required;
a record summarising receipts and creditors will only need to be completed on a weekly basis as is already the case with the records of payments and debtors;
there is no longer a need for the addresses to be shown on the record of persons engaged in the supply of intoxicating liquor;
a monthly report of all sums due to the club is no longer required; and
there is no longer a need for anyone preparing reports, vouchers, receipts, etc., to record their address on such documents.
