3. In regulation 8(2A) of the principal Regulations(1) (eligible housing costs) for “or Schedule 1 (ineligible service charges)” there shall be substituted “or Schedules 1 (ineligible service charges) or 1C (service charges for claimants in supported accommodation)”.
