Amendment of the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations
8.—(1) The Housing Benefit (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1987(1) shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) the definition of “adjudication officer”(2) shall be omitted.
(3) In regulation 95(4A)(3) (withholding of benefit) for “an adjudication officer” in both places where it occurs there shall be substituted “the Department”.
