Foyle Area (Control of Fishing) Regulations 1999

The Foyle Fisheries Commission, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under section 13 of the Foyle Fisheries Act 19521 and section 13 of the Foyle Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 19522 with the approval of the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources3 in the Republic of Ireland and the Department of Agriculture for Northern Ireland4 hereby makes the following Regulations:
