FAMILY PROCEEDINGS

This Order provides for—the allocation and transfer of proceedings under the Family Homes and Domestic Violence (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 as between the High Court, county courts and courts of summary jurisdiction; andappeals from a family proceedings court against the making or refusal to make an order under the Family Homes and Domestic Violence (Northern Ireland) Order 1998.
