Citation, commencement and interpretation

2.  Rule 1(2) shall be amended by inserting—

(a) after paragraph (aa) the following—

“(aaa) “the Order of 1998” means the Family Homes and Domestic Violence (Northern Ireland) Order 1998(1);”;

(b) after paragraph (c) the following—

“(d) “first class post” means first class post which has been pre-paid or in respect of which pre-payment is not required.”.
