1. These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Contributions) (Re-rating) Consequential Amendment Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999 and shall come into operation on 6th April 1999 immediately after the coming into operation of the Social Security (Contributions) (Re-rating and Northern Ireland National Insurance Fund Payments) Order (Northern Ireland) 1999(1).
