The amount by which the normal regional rate fixed for the year ending 31st March 2000 under Article 2 is to be reduced in respect of unspecified hereditarnents for the purposes of paragraphs (2) and (3) of Article 27 of the Rates (Northern Ireland) Order 1977 shall be 71.4 pence.
