Amendment of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Scheme Administration) Regulations
9. In regulation 12(2) of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Scheme Administration) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997(1) (requirement for trustees to keep books and records) at the end there shall be added “or to a scheme which is a Republic of Ireland scheme within the meaning of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Republic of Ireland Schemes Exemption) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000.”.
