SCHEDULE 2 Regulations relating to feedingstuffs: consequential provisions

Part IV Consequential modifications to the Animal Feedingstuffs from Belgium (Control) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000

1.  In regulation 2(1)—

(a) before the definition of “the Control Order” there shall be inserted the following definition—

““the Agency” means the Food Standards Agency;”;

(b) the definition of “the Department” shall be omitted; and

(c) in the definition of “enforcement officer”, for “the Department” there shall be substituted “the Agency”.
