There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Food Standards Act 1999 (Transitional and Consequential Provisions and Savings) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000, Part V.
1. In regulation 2(1)—N.I.
(a)before the definition of “animals” there shall be inserted the following definition—
““the Agency” means the Food Standards Agency;”; and
(b)the definition of “the Department” shall be omitted.

2.—(1) In each of the provisions specified in sub-paragraph (2), for “the Department”, wherever it occurs in those provisions, there shall be substituted “the Agency”.N.I.
