Amendment of the Dairy Produce Quotas Regulations 1997

6.  In regulation 13 (temporary transfer of quota)—

(a) in paragraph (1), the words “and subject to paragraph (5) below,” shall be deleted;

(b) in paragraph (3), for the word “December” there shall be substituted the word “March”; and

(c) paragraph (5) shall be deleted.
