The Road Traffic (Health Services Charges) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001

The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sections 23(5), 24(9)(b) and (10), 25(2), (4), (5) and (6), 28(1), 32(2) and (3), 33(2), (3) and (4), 35(4), 36(1) and (2), 37 and 57(1) and (3) of the Health and Personal Social Services Act (Northern Ireland) 20011, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
