Provisions supplementary to regulations 10 and 11 relating to person making compensation payments12
Where the Department makes a payment under regulation 10(a) or a payment falls to be paid under regulation 11(1)(a), the Department shall send a statement to the person who made the compensation payment showing—
a
the name and address of the traffic casualty to which the statement relates;
b
the total amount already paid to the Department;
c
the amount that ought to have been paid to it; and
d
the amount of the difference, and whether a repayment by it or further payment to it is required.
