Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Welfare Foods (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2001.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Welfare Foods Regulations (Northern Ireland) 19884.
