The Street Trading (2001 Act) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2001

The Department for Social Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 29(1) of the Street Trading Act (Northern Ireland) 2001(1) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1.  This Order may be cited as the Street Trading (2001 Act) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2001.

Appointed day

2.  The day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the Street Trading Act (Northern Ireland) 2001 is 1st October 2001.
