These Regulations may be cited as the Child Support (Variations) (Modification of Statutory Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001 and shall come into operation on 31st January 2001.

In these Regulations references to a numbered Article or Schedule is to the Article of, or Schedule to, the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1991.
