Amendment of the 2000 Management Regulations: general provisions
7. Subject to regulation 9, the provisions of the 2000 Management Regulations amended by this Part shall continue to be regarded (if they would not otherwise continue to be so regarded) as provisions of health and safety regulations within the meaning of the 1978 Order(1).
