The day appointed for the coming into operation of section 15 of the Social Security Fraud Act (Northern Ireland) 2001 (offence of failing to notify a change of circumstances)—

(a)

for the purpose only of authorising the making of regulations, is 3rd December 2001; and

(b)

for all other purposes, is 7th January 2002.
