Recovery of payments13
In any case, where an amount falls to be paid to the Department by virtue of, or by virtue of action taken under, these Regulations, Commission Regulation 3887/92 or Commission Regulation 1750/1999 insofar as it relates to land to which an undertaking relates, the amount so falling to be paid shall be recoverable as a civil debt.
