The Street Works (Register, Notices, Directions and Designations) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002

The Department for Regional Development1, in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 3(2), 13, 14(1) and (2), 15(1) to (3) and (7), 16(2), 17(2) and (3), 18(1), (2) and (5), 22(1), 23(2), 24(1) and (2) and 54(1) and (2) of the Street Works (Northern Ireland) Order 19952 and now exercisable by it3, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following regulations:
