The register shall be kept in electronic form and shall be so indexed as to enable the information referred to in paragraphs (2) and (3) relating to a particular street to be traced.

The information with respect to street works to be shown on the register and, in each case, the person responsible for securing its registration are specified in columns (2) and (3) respectively of the Table.

Information of the following types is restricted information for the purpose of Article 13(3) of the Order—
a
information certified by or with the authorisation of the Secretary of State as being restricted information in the interests of national security;
b
information certified by, or with the authorisation of, an undertaker as being restricted information in accordance with the commercial interests of the undertaking.
