The Department shall pay a loan under this Part in a single instalment at such time as it considers appropriate.

The Department shall pay grant under regulation 34 in such instalments (if any) and at such times as it considers appropriate.

Payments shall be made in such manner as the Department considers appropriate, and it may make it a condition of entitlement to payment that the eligible part-time student shall provide it with particulars of a bank or building society account in the United Kingdom into which payment may be made by electronic transfer.
