Births, Deaths and Marriages (Fees) (No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2002

The Department of Finance and Personnel, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 1(1) and (2) of The Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Fees, etc.) Act (Northern Ireland) 19551 as modified by section 9 of the Marriage Act 19832 Article 47(1) and (2) of The Births and Deaths Registration (Northern Ireland) Order 19763 and Article 15 of the Financial Provisions (Northern Ireland) Order 19764 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
