Amendment of the Social Security (Disability Living Allowance) Regulations3.

In regulation 9(8) of the Social Security (Disability Living Allowance) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 19924 (persons in certain accommodation other than hospitals)––

(a)

after “this regulation” there shall be inserted “and in regulation 10”; and

(b)

after sub-paragraph (e) there shall be added—

  • “; or

    1. (a)

      health services provided pursuant to the Order”.
