MAGISTRATES' COURTS

This Order amends the Magistrates' Courts Fees Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 so as to –increase a number of the fees payable in respect of proceedings in Magistrates' Courts;allow fees to be taken by a range of payment methods, including credit or debit cards.
