Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Driving Licences (Community Driving Licence) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002 and shall come into operation on 20th January 2003.
Interpretation
2. The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(1) shall apply to these regulations as it applies to an Act of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
Amendment to the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981
3. The Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981(2) shall have effect with the amendments set out in the Schedule.
Revocation
4. Paragraphs 3(4) and 6 of Schedule 1 to the Driving Licences (Community Driving Licence) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996(3) shall cease to have effect.
