Londonderry Port and Harbour (Variation of Pilotage Limits) Order (Northern Ireland) 2002

To be laid before Parliament under paragraph 7(3) of the Schedule to the Northern Ireland Act 2000

Coming into operation

Whereas the Department for Regional Development1 has received an application from Londonderry Port and Harbour Commissioners in accordance with section 7(5) of the Pilotage Act 19872.

And whereas the Department, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of, and Schedule 1 to, the Harbours Act (Northern Ireland) 19703 and now vested in it4 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, after consultation with the Londonderry Port and Harbour Commissioners and such other harbour authority or local authority which the Department considered likely to be affected by the Order in accordance with section 1(6) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
