ROAD TRAFFIC AND VEHICLES

These Regulations amend the Public Service Vehicles Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1985 by increasing the fee payable—For an initial or re-application for a vehicle licence for—Buses—Class I, II and III, from £46·50 to £60·50;Class IA, from £54·00 to £72·00;Class IIA, from £63·50 to £83·50; andClass IIIA, from £73·00 to £94·50;Taxi, from £33·50 to £38·50.For a re-application for a vehicle licence made within 21 days from the date of the service of the notice of refusal for—Buses, all Classes, from £13·50 to £18·50; andTaxi, from £12·00 to £16·50.For a re-application under regulation 9(4) within 21 days from the date of the service of the notice of refusal for—Buses—Class IA, from £13·50 to £18·50;Class IIA, from £23·00 to £30·00; andClass IIIA from £32·50 to £42·00.The Public Service Vehicles (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996 and the Public Service Vehicles (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001 are revoked.
