ROAD TRAFFIC AND VEHICLES

These Regulations amend the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996 by substituting a new Schedule 4. In the new Schedule 4 the following fees have been increased—the fee for a test, other than an extended test, for a vehicle in category B is increased from £36·00 to £37·50 for a test commencing during normal hours and from £47·00 to £48·00 for a test commencing out of hours;the fee for a test, other than an extended test, for a vehicle in category F, G, H and K is increased from £36·00 to £37·50 for a test commencing during normal hours;the fee for a test, other than an extended test, for a vehicle in category B + E, C1, C1 + E, D1, D1 + E, C, C + E, D and D + E is increased from £52·00 to £53·00 for a test commencing during normal hours and from £78·00 to £80·00 for a test commencing out of hours;the fee for an extended test during normal hours for a vehicle in category B is increased from £72·00 to £75·00.
