Any duty imposed on the former members of a fund-holding practice by Article 92A of the 1972 Order12 but not performed on 1st April 2002 shall be performed by the former members of the fund-holding practice in accordance with the provisions of that Article and of any directions which may be given by the Department as though the fund-holding provisions and Article 92A of that Order had not been repealed.
