SCHEDULE 2 N.I. AMENDMENTS TO THE HOUSING BENEFIT REGULATIONS

8.  In regulation 43(2) (notional capital) after sub-paragraph (e)(1) there shall be added the following– N.I.

“or

(f) child tax credit, or

(g) working tax credit,”.
