The Income-Related Benefits and Jobseeker’s Allowance (Working Tax Credit and Child Tax Credit Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003

8.  In regulation 43(2) (notional capital) after sub-paragraph (e)(1) there shall be added the following–

“or

(f) child tax credit, or

(g) working tax credit,”.
