3.—(1) Regulation 12 shall be amended as follows.
(2) For paragraph (3)(e)(ii) substitute –
“(ii)a Health Authority or a Strategic Health Authority established pursuant to section 8 of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) or a Special Health Authority established pursuant to section 11 of that Act (2);”
