4. The Petroleum (Liquid Methane) Order (Northern Ireland) 1973(1) shall be amended by the insertion at the end of the Schedule (provisions of the Petroleum (Consolidation) Act (Northern Ireland) 1929 not applied to liquid methane), of “Section 24A(1)(c) and (2)”.
